Our Clubhouse

South Melbourne Districts Sports Club (SMDSC) is located at the Clark Sheilds Pavillion, Oval No. 11, Aughtie Drive (opposite Fraser St Light Rail stop) in the Albert Park Reserve. Melway Ref: 2N J1s.

Our Vision

Promote, manage and encourage sport in the South Melbourne and District areas;

Encourage and facilitate utilisation of the sporting facilities at Albert Park Reserve by local residents;

Give children in the South Melbourne district area an opportunity to participate in sport from an early age, and learn new sports;

Give residents in the South Melbourne district area an opportunity to represent their local Club in regional, State and national competitions;

Promote fellowship and companionship amongst all Members.

We service the community of the City of Port Phillip and beyond and offer a wide range of sports throughout the year to suit all ages from kinder to seniors. Our aim is to encourage eveyone in the local area to take an active role in sport and their commmunity, by joining us either as players, coaches, volunteers, supporters - or even as spectators.
